If anyone has access to the 11/99 Trains, I need info from that issue. Is there an article of the Rock Island/OKT (Katy) in there? If so, what does the feature contain of? I know there was an article of RI/MKT from 8/98, which I have those pages cut out and preserved in a clear folder
