The RS in the image is on a 1950 736. Should be silver…Lettering style is correct but the color has me perplexed. Looks closer to white than silver. I’d appreciate any opinions! Thx.

A 1950 736 Berk? Are you referring to the Lionel 736 Berkshire locomotive?
If so, you should be asking on the “Classic TOY Trains” Forum.
