Does anyone have the above issue and is willing to part with it? I have them all but this one and I really would like to have complete set.

Back issues of many magazines may be purchased from Railpub. It looks like they may not have this issue in stock right now, but he gets new copies all the time, so you might want to let him know that you are seeking it.

DSchmitt, Thanks! I ordered one from Amazon. Today my 2013 Issue of Great Model Railroads showed up, too!! My collection will be complete!
