HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE BELT ON THE 397?

THE DRIVE SHAFT HAS TWO CAMS THAT DON’T COME OFF, AT LEAST WITH EASE.

I have changed the belts a few times here is a step buy step procedure. It’s not that hard, good luck.
