Has anyone else had probelms with obtaining a reigistration number for 3rd PlanIt software? I purchased an electronic copy back in January 2005 and have yet to receive my registration code. I cannot use the temporary registration number that came via email when I purchased the software. Numerous emails and voicemail messages to Eldorado Software have gone unanswered.

Any suggestions on how to contact Eldorado Software so I can obtain the registration number so I can save my work would be greatly appreciated.
