Does the crew of the 4449 own the second water tender? Iv’e seen SP&S #700 and ATSF #3751 pull it also. So do the 4449 crew own the water tender?
Also is there anyway I can get the same car in HO Scale???

Yes, the second tender is owned outright. It was converted from a AC12 Cab Forward Tender. I did one of these in my HO days using a Bachman GS-4 tender to avoid the extensive modifications that the AC12 tender would require. If I were doing this again, I would use two tenders and discard the cab end on both and splice the remaining bodies into one.
