6464 door guide replacement

I have a W.P. 6464-250 that looks pretty darn good, but the door guides are rusty. Can the door guides be replaced without damaging the body?

Yes they can. The door guides are held on using pressed in pins. If your very careful you should be able to remove them. Guides are easy to find.
