70's Trains Magazine covers featuring FCP, NdeM or ChP?

Hello all–

I was born in '68 so was a small child in the early '70’s.

I seem to remember seeing a magazine cover, maybe Trains, maybe not, depicting an Alco Century or MLW on one of the Mexican railroads: NdeM, FCP or Chihuahua al Pacifico, pulling a train uphill in rugged terrain.

Am I dreaming or can any of you experts out there recall something like that, in the mid 70’s?

I have a diskette for “Trains” from 1940 to 2010 and cannot find a “Trains” cover from 1970 to 1979 for a picture of an Alco Century or other locomotive and the NdeM, FCT, or CHP.
