As I was heading back home to Mn from Lake Zurich Il last night I passed a 2-6-4 #9 steam engine sitting on a HD trailer, just sitting on the shoulder of US 12 in SE Wisconsin. No semi tractor nearby. Who’s engine is it? Where is it from and where’s it going?
I think its privately owned, from a museum maybe its being moved to Illinois.
