Before you ask, the grade at camera location is 12%, the first half of the span to the “S” curve is 14%, from the “S” curve to the top is 17%. The “S” curve is rather tight, two 29 inch diameter sections with a 5 inch straight seperation. There is a permanent limitation of slow speed and not more than two axles.
