That is really neat
How cool is that. All that sound in such a small package. I haven’t received my copy of Model Railroader in the mail yet, but I can’t wait to read how you did it. Great job installing and video.
The sound is great and so is the modeling behind it. When I look at shots like this it makes we wonder, shouldn’t we also have smoke? I know some Broadway Limited steamers have smoke units, but shouldn’t they be more common?
That was really really neat. I can only hope that one day that kind of sound will come to N gauge.
Great sound. I’m going to look into putting sound in the first diesel locomotives I purchased when I went back into the hobby a couple of years ago.
Thanks for your fun input again.
Bob
Sound really adds to the fun of operating your model railroad. Good job and will look into what it takes to install some sound in several of my N scale diesel locomotives I purchased in the last couple of years when I returned to the hobby.
As always, thanks for your help and input.
Bob
That sure sounds great.
Swell job, Enjoyed it thoroughly.
a Job well done, sound so realistic in such a small loco. Great layout as well, especialy the background
Very good ,keep up the great work.
Pretty Cool.
That has to be the koolest
Great job! Always liked the B&O saddle tank engines. Have one
in “O” scale, if it can be done in ho , should be easy in O.
Only thing i would want to change is the pitch of the whistle, to
high for me…
Gives me hope for sound & dcc in my small ho steam switchers!
Looking forward to learning more about how the technology was implemented
I hope the article includes a complete parts and components list. I need this for my early, 1913, steam layout. I’ll use it even if the era is off. (I’m not a purest!) It might even work as a dedicated “dummy” engin servicing nearby resorts.
So much in such a little package. Great.
very good job sounds great. I give it a 5
It is much more than I expected from the 0-4-0 Tank. Nice.
That is so sweet! The chuffing is in time, the whistle is great! Also, I like the way he made that one downtown street look like it has some distance to it! Great job!
