Here’s some shots from my railfanning trip yesterday. It wasn’t especially adventurous, although I did get some snow in my socks despite my full snow gear.

Cool! A train in a snow globe! Must be pretty when you shake it! [swg]
Ok, how did you do that?
Ed
…Very, very nice…the unique one too…!
Gotta agree with Quentin![tup][tup]
The “Snow Globe” shot…Impressive! Way Cool! [8D][8D]
Great photos, Matthew! Red trains in the snow, near mountains…a perfect combination! Thanks for sharing.
I don’t know. Shaking a train off the tracks in the middle of a raging snowstorm wouldn’t be fun. [(-D]

Thanks for the compliments!
In response to everyone wondering, I just used a special fisheye lens. An effect that can get old very, very quickly.
If it’s Canadian and spectacular, it must be Matt Hicks! And the fisheye was inspired. But my favorite is CP 8853 on the downhill. All of them are outstanding, but not surprising. It is what we have come to expect from you, Matt.
