It’s funny you should mention Richmond, CA. Just back in November we had a discussion about local news channel KRON and their reporter standing on the mainline tracks [#wstupid] talking about the residents complaining about the train noise. [D)]

I emailed Operation Lifesaver and here’s their responce:

comes in needing education. Same thing with outreach. OL Presenters do give
safety talks to a lot of high school students, and college students where rail
trespassing problems are known.
