OK, even if it is not easy to “liquidate” the E 464 in two words … these small locos have replaced E 646 and E 424 in regional service with shuttle trains, have a single cab and a small driving seat rear maneuver: they have 4 three-phase asynchronous motors for 3 MW of power input, cooling water and it is present the electric regenerative braking and reostatica.
