Interesting video. For the spot you’te not sure what to do with you could put in a TT & small yard. Or a paper mill or sawmill complex. Keep us posted, always interesting to see progress.

i really liked the built in bench, should make for very enjoyable train watching on the lay out. keep up the good work.
