#1. A, B, & C. Depended on where the engineer had the throttle. LOL However it was usually run with heavy freights at about 40 MPH. Top speed was supposed to be around 70 MPH.

#2. I know the UP had the maceen motor car but there may have been others.

#3. Hmm? Probably because it is not allowed to set with water in it when it is not fired up???

Trick question…? What trick, almost everyone, well if you know railroads, knows as rrinker has said the PRR GG1 was not a steamer but was a 4-6-6-4.
