First of all let me state for all who read this little note that I am a multi-scale modeler of modern day railroading.Which is the whole reason I am writing this.
About two weeks ago I ordered from my LHS (Ryder’s in Grand Rapids,MI.) several sheets of modern Reflector stripes in both N and HO.Well when they showed up I went out and picked them and brought them home.Later that night I finally got the time to check out my new decals and sure enough there were the N and HO decals packages filled with HO decals.[:(]
I emailed Micro-Scale and asked them why they were all the same and got a reply back the following monday from a Tamii Lundberg asking me to tell her what was marked on the package and on the sheets of decals.I sent Tamii the requested information and inless than an hour had a reply back that the decals had been miss packaged and would I please send her my home address so she could send me the correct decals.
This I did and that she did and with in a week I now have enough refletor sripes to do all of my modern freight.To say the least customer service like this will definately keep me going back for more decals
Oh by the way I asked about the chances of MS doing Z scale decals and she said to write her a letter with my decal suggestions and she would take them to their monthly meetings because ALL customer decals suggestions are concidered.
