Proof of a prototype for anything? or just an “only in Wisconsin” thing.
Well to be fair the F7 isn’t ‘hauling’ those tank cars, they’re just stored there as a revenue generator for the railroad. Although I wouldn;t doubt that the F7 was used to move them into place.
