The sad story of the fallen flag reminded me how lucky I was.

For weeks now I have been watching Buffalo and Pittsburgh ballast trains go through town working on the tracks. Just today a GP9-SW1500-SW1500 MU went through.

Well Saturday they will fini***he ballasting even if they have to work around the clock. On Monday, Gov. Rendell will be riding on the train to officially open the new line. I hope they use something other than the beat up old caboose they sometimes drag around.

That MU didn’t come out again today, so chances are I can get some pictures tomorrow.

Yep, only the B&P can put together a train like that.

Good to see Governor McCheesesteak hasn’t changed a bit since he was Mayor McCheesesteak. [:D][:D][:D]

Bet he has cheese steaks on the train.
