AAPRCO Convention Train

Private car owners are assembling in Seattle on 9-24 and 9-25 to travel toward Napa, CA for their annual convention.

They depart 9-26 over the BNSF Stampede Pass line toward Yakima and will overnight at Kennewick. Friday, 9-27 they depart on the BNSF line down the Columbia River to Wishram, then south to Bend, OR where they will overnight.

Saturday 9-28 they will continue on to Klamath Falls where the train will be serviced and will overnight. Sunday 9-29 it will continue southerly via the BNSF Inside Gateway, passing Lake Almanor and connect with the UP at the famous Keddie Wye before overnighting at Oroville, CA. Monday 9-30 it will travel to Sacremento and then proceed on to Napa for its three day Convention.

They sure will pass through some beautiful country en route.
