I “stumbled” onto this forum while searchung for a subject. Why aren’t these forums accessable from the MR Web site?
Furhter, how would I access these forums if I hadn’t been referred to these while looking for something else?

If you look at the top of all the webpages, you’ll see a black horizontal bar with a bunch of choices. Put your mouse cursor over the one that says “community” and you’ll get a drop down. Over to the right under “popular topics” you will see “forums”.
Up at the top of the model railroad site you see a tab called Community. Under the community tab there is a link to the forums.
Thx for your replies - we “old Folks” are slowat times.
