What are some of the ways you are putting on the Accurail boxcar doors without buying their add on part?

Use styrene. I do this on my Red Caboose double door car kits. Just glue strips of styrene to the backside of the doors, essentially making the 2 doors into one. That makes it easier to mount the door on the car using the glue of your choice.

While there is a lot of gimmicks to bled our hobby budget one doesn’t need them…A little old fashion modeling like that ABS plastic trick that CC used will work every time.
