Anyone have any ideas about adhering a 17" X 4" +/- section of matboard to insulation foam?
I am planning on setting matteboard onto 2" ridgid insulation foam with spray adhesive. Scotch 77 is a great example with strong adhesion. I’m going to be using matte and illustration board for my roads and sidewalks. To prevent warping, I plan to spray paint the boards before setting them in place.
That is what I am using the matboard for…3M 77?
I use caulk to glue everything and anything to my foam. Never had an issue or failure.
Cheaper and neater then the spray stuff.
Enought weight, in the right places will help prevent warping
