I assume first that this is virtual $$$ shares you are speaking of, if on the other hand you are really doing this with USD I would need more information, based on your current information which I have summarized here:

Total Assets:

$11,400.00

The total share offerings valued at $2,850.00 and at 25% of total assets would put your railroad total asset value at $11,400.00

I would need to also see the P&L statements and balance sheets for the past 5 years before making a decision. [8D]

Thanks,

Where’s the prospectus?

Who is doing the underwriting? “Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe”?

Has this been registered in all states?

This just may be the old “pump and dump” scam.

Whole thing smells more like a rat than a mouse, even a "Space Mouse

“Mr Taggert, can we have some more beans?”

Thought we weren’t allowed to sell stuff here?[:-^]

What you guys are failing to take into consideration is that the intellectual property alone is worth more than $11,000. Here, I’ve got this brochure here somewhere.

Who needs a prospectus when you’ve got a brochure. Those and balance sheets and financial statements–makes your head spin. I don’t trust them. Now where was that brochure?

Chip, have you been smoking your ground cover again? [swg]

And just in case you think I don’t have any experience in business and marketing…

That depends. It that a good thing or a bad thing?

I heard the chairman of the board is a little crazy. He keeps talking to himself. Something about " do I want a little choo choo, or a big one? DO I HAVE A PLAN? OF COURSE I DO! I HAVE TWENTY OF THEM!! " As you can see, there is not only one clear vision, there are many! I am going to invest my “free” money the government has seen fit to give me. Yes, yes, I know, I’m a true patriot.

Whats the old expression; “Figures don’t lie, but liars figure”. Present company excluded. Why can’t I find this in my Schwab database?

Chris

As wild as this sounds (of course Chip is joking around), a couple years ago my wife and I met a friend of a friend couple at a social event where the husband was into these online games that he spent real, actual money on (using a credit card, I presume). Real money to buy weapons, characters, etc. All for some virtual life. We were in disbelief. (His wife was understadably rolling her eyes as he talked about how great it was, and why he needed to spend money on these things instead of “earning” them in the game).

I’ve heard there are equivalent things for real estate, blah blah blah. People are nuts man.

[#ditto]

Also the ground cover thing!![%-)][:o)]

i suspect this is just the latest in a long line of stock market swindles involving railroads . seems like every railroad history book is full of them

put me down for 25 shares

[:)]

Yuh know, this might be more profitable than my other stocks in the last week or so.

I’m not sure, but I get that question all the time. [:-^]

Can you post your mailing info,I’ll send all my Canadian Tire money[2c][(-D]

Space- put me down for 1,000 shares. Go big or go home is what I always say.

The check is in the mail.

SM:

Obtain that RoW through Rock Ridge first, and then we’ll talk.

Taggart: I got it. I got it. I know how we can get them outta Rock Ridge!!

Hedley Lamarr: You do?

Taggart: We’ll work up a “Number 6” on 'em.

Hedley Lamarr: A “Number 6”? I’m afraid I’m not familiar with that one…

Taggart: Well, that’s where we go a-ridin’ into town, a

whampin’ and whompin’ every ivin’ thing that moves within an inch of its life.

Except the women folks, of course.

Hedley Lamarr: You spare the women?

Taggart: NAW. We rape the sh*t out of them at the Number 6 Dance later on.
