Airbrushing

Hi Guys,

What tools do I need to get started with Airbrushing? I know there are things called airbrushes from other threads, but do I need anything else to go with them?

Also what paint do you recommend I use?

Well let’s see, you need an airbrush. Something basic if you’ve never used an airbrush before, like a starter set, maybe an aztec single action airbrush. A can of compressed air for starters, you have a choice of acrylic or enamel paint, I recommend acrylic paint first. It’s easier to wash with soap and water, cheap rubber gloves. Airbrushing can be a little messy, a place to airbrush or a cardboard set up.

Have you ever airbrushed before ? That’s the first question I should have asked you, if you have not then the statements I made above would be my first recomendations.
