Does anyone know what happened to the C-415’s. I think all of the old SP’s have been scrapped and one is in Oregon on the Columbia & Cowlitz # 701. Are there any others left [?][:(]

Look at Keokuk Junction motive power…
none remain at Brandon RR…
All three of the SP C-415’s went to the CLC and at least two were sold to a dinner train outfit that ran from Banks to Timber on the POTB. I would be the Conductor on that train from time to time. The dinner train folks moved to Hood River and still operate out of there, but I don’t know if the switchers are still in use by them.
Mid-Continent RR Museum acquired one from Nekkosa Papers a few years back, but when I visited there last year, it was nowhere to be found, and is not listed on their roster.[:(!]
There’s one at the museum in Strasburg, PA.
What did the C-415’s look like? I really love the C-420, and thought it was the first in the series. The C-628’s look good too.
C-415’s were a center cab switcher with the engine in one end , the radiators and air comp.in the other.notched hood on all 4 corners . SP had 10 back in the 70’s
I that that the Ohio River terminal still has two ex SP&S units and the one at the Railroad Museum of PA is a Monongahela Connecting.
