Around twenty years ago Overland made that brute engine, a limited run I believe, and I had never seen it other than in the MR advertising. Overland maybe has keeped the die cast, so can make it as a Tower55. What do you think?.
Anything is possible. But considing that only 2 cab units and a single booster were built for just the Union Pacific, I would think most manufacturers would be looking at items that are used by several railroads. However, the UP ‘Big Boy’(only 25 produced for just the UP) is very popular and has been produced in plastic. diecast, and brass through the years. I guess having a model of the ‘biggest’ steamer sells well.
