Allan Clark switchstand

very nicely made…

I have two of these.I got them at a train show where Allan Clark was selling them.I mounted them on blade type switches, and using a omega throw rod for tension,I have found them to work very well. I dont have any stub switches, so can’t comment on them. I would recommend them for appearance alone. I got the kits and had some difficulty getting the two sides to line up. Some filing,is needed to get the two sides together, tight enough for a good solder joint. I used a 5% silver solder for a little more strength. Reg.
