which allen keller n scale videos would you all recommend?

Kim,

As the owner of all 55 Great Model Railroads videos, I can highly recommend them ALL! However, there are only three which feature N-scale layouts. They are:

Volume 10 - The N Scale Cumberland Valley System of Bill and Wayne Reid
Volume 30 - Monroe Stewart’s Hooch Junction Railroad!
Volume 47 - Lance Mindheim’s Chicago, Indianapolis and Louisville

All three of these are incredible artisitic achievements which are outstanding examples of what can be achieved in N-scale.

By the way, my own MA&G will be the subject of the upcoming Volume 56, which will be available this May. Even though it is in HO, I think you would enjoy it as well!

Allow me to second the tape of the Reid’s layout. Unbelievable what they accomplished in the earlier days of N scale. I just wish the earlier videos were available on DVD; AK didn’t start doing DVD’s until much later in the series. Decent VCR’s that last are getting hard to find.

thanks cliff and jack. I have volume 47 and will purchase the other two shortly. I have visited your layout, cliff, and really enjoyed the videos. I’m looking forward to the ak release. I too wish that the ak videos would be converted to dvd. My tape machine is on it’s last legs and I hate to spend money on another piece of dying technology.
