Ambroid Kit instructions

I was in the local hobby shop today when I found an old Ambroid boxcar kit in the used section. It looks like it’s all there, right down to the grab irons and the sprung trucks. The only thing I’m missing are the kit instructions, would anyone have them?
It’s a 40’ single sheathed boxcar Kit # K-12

Even if someone has a built up kit that could take some pictures of the finished product that would help me out alot. I can build the basic structure but I need to see detail placement (underframe, ladders, grabs ect)

Glen, I’m not trying to " rain on your parade " in building a kit but that Ambroid kit ,unbuilt and in the original box, may be worth a lot of money to a collector. You may want to try for a bid on e-bay or other outlets just to see if I’m correct. Also check out the wanted classifieds in MR magazine or other mags. Good luck.

I’m not quite sure how valuable it is considering the instructions aren’t there, but it is something I’ll consider.
