The trains 347 and 348 between Chicago and Quincy have not run yesterday and today. Does anyone know why?

With the addition of a second train on the Chicago-Quincy(IL) route, the train numbers have changed:

#380 - WB Carl Sandburg

#381 - EB Illinois Zephyr

#382 - EB Carl Sandburg

#383 - WB Illinois Zephyr

For some reason they changed the numbers of two existing trains when they new trains came in. The Illinois Zephyr and the Illini changed train numbers .

Let’s correct that just a bit–

#380 is the Eastbound Illinois Zephyr; 381 is the Westbound Carl Sandburg.
