Noted the above and tried to order one but found website “unfriendly”. On top of that I was told there would be a $40 documentation fee as I live outside the US. Apart from the fact that we’ve also had a GFC here in Australia I can’t believe it could be so difficult to buy something as simple as a DVD !!!
