Riding through the Oakland yard on a Capitol, I happened to see a full dome–10031 I believe. But I could have sworn I saw a partial Dome (looked like an old Budd one but hard to be certain) in Phase IVb colors no less! I cannot find it on On Track On Line’s Amtrak rosters. Anyone know about this car and what service it is put in?
