Can anyone tell me,if any F40´s are beeing repainted in phase 4 scheme ?
Yes, there have been F-40’s painted into Phase IV. There are only a handfull though. On the Downeaster between Portland, ME and Boston, MA the F-40 cabbages are also in Phase IV.
