Amtrak NEC CAT problems continue

AMTRAK had another failure of the CAT near Aberdeen today. This appears to be a failure of the 138 Kv supply lines ? Although we can hope not the whole CAT structure appears to be way past useful life ?

Appears AMTRAK is substituting diesels or at least having them pull electric trains past the problem ?
