Any cost figures on the total cost per track mile and route mile for this electrification? Also did AMTRAK pay for any of the upgrades at New Haven or did MN (CONN ) pay for that upgrade? I know South station itself is a trolly system and not catenary.
Conn DOT paid for all new haven station and interlocking work, the Amtrak electrification does not start till shoreline jct, just west of springfield line .
