They were. For the southbound City of New Orleans, the bus is basically 1am to 6:30am of the trip time, making the sleeper kind of a waste. I had a ticket and was told they would refund the difference in price. My response was they couldn’t pay me to ride a bus at that time and to cancel my entire trip, one covering more than a week. They were happy to do it and the agent quietly agreed about the bus not being a real option for a bed.
