I need to get traffic statistics for the Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor service to show the impact on the airline since 911. For example Delta and USAir have downsized their aircraft size; I want to measure the change, if any, in total market size. My primary focus is Boston- New York - Washington Corridor and would need number of trains and passengers carried. Does anyone know if Amtrak keeptrack of passenger itiniaries? i.e Pssengers between Washington and New york / Newark and New York to Boston?
