How do you move a building after you have it on your plan? All so how do you rotate a building? Has the heck beat out of me so far!

Ken,
Tag it with the Tools/Arrow, then drag it to where you want it. To rotate it, tag it with the Tools/Arrow again, then use Element/Rotate Element to rotate it.

Or just tag it and hit the lil rotate icon to the left of the Tools/Arrow icon.
Here’s the “Rotate tool” 
Once you select the item you want to rotate, a window will open. 
Just use the up/down arrow to move the item.
