Hi everybody!
I want to comment on an excellent source for model railroading electronic products, both because of their unique products and because of their excellent customer service.
The source is Ngineering. Don’t be put off by the name - they have plenty of neat stuff that will work in a variety of scales.

Recently I have been working on installing working head lights and tail lights into HO scale vehicles. It occurred to me that having a few vehicles with flashing signal lights would be a natural extension. I ordered a flashing device from Ngineering but I could not get it to work. In fact it went up in smoke. I contacted Tim at Ngineering to ask him what I had done wrong. He has offered to replace the defective unit despite the fact that I had thrown out the fried circuit so it could not be returned to him for analysis.
I realize that replacing a single circuit board is no big deal, but Tim’s willingness to work with me is great. Also, if you are looking for real HO scale size lamps for the outsides of your buildings, or if you are looking for ways to illuminate your layout then you should give Ngineering a look. I have absolutely no personal interest in them other than as a satisfied customer.
