Another Micro Layout Annoyance

Another Micro Layout Annoyance

Finished this recently, this one is HOn30-ish, the track is N gauge, its the base piece from an XTS battery train toy I had for a while now, overall size is 6" x 6". Paint, scenery and two HO scale white metal building kits, one from Woodland Scenics, the other an old Horvath kit and more figures and vehicles from WS, this was a fun one, my smallest micro yet.

The train is the XTS unit, with a bashed railbus body. Thats it for now.

Nicely done! I can’t imagine a smaller radius - unless you can find an HO scale Paul Blart on a Segway built for rails…

Wot? No grade crossing so the bikers can get their machines in and out without thumping over those railheads?
I guess it serves them right for building their club within a transit turn-around loop…

I like the detail Vsmith!

Neat. Do the switches work? Maybe you could make little modular scenes off the stubs?

Gary,I started with a n scale rapido train set with a baldwin engine in about 1967. I didnt know the first thing about modeling but after I read a lot I was finally able to start a layout. Now after many years I have a train room (mans cave) and a 14 by 24 foot layout with ho in part, n scale in the other part of the room. All it took was that first train set to get me started, try it and see. Lots of luck.May God Bless.

VSmith, great little module, you must have a steady hand, patience and good eyes. May God Bless.
