As many threads discuss concerns about a supplier, frequently regarding issues or problems, I wanted to make mention of an outstanding experience I have had.
I was cleaning up some wiring issues, (too short), and lengthing them for proper stress relief. I’m sure I got 2 wires connected wrong. As a result I am sure I burned a motor in one of the switches. Then just to confirm it was a wiring error, I zapped a 2nd one. (same location). I contacted the manufacturer and he said send to him, and he would check it out.
Last Thursday I sent 2 switch motors to NY, (from CA), I received 2 new replacement motors TODAY !!! Now thats from Ca. to NY, BACK to Ca. OVER THE WEEKEND !!! Thats quick, AND no overnight, express or extreme shipping methods! Then because I do not think it was a manufacturers defect, and I caused the problem, I had included some money, (cash) to cover return shipping, and replacement cost for 1 motor. The cash was also returned!!! I am overwhelmed!
I don’t know of anywhere, other than the suppliers of this hobby, that you would get such tremendous customer service! If you don’t know who I’m referring to, let me just say that Z switch company that makes signal lights also, is truly an Great Ambassador for this hobby!! And, they make fantastic products as well.
