I also noticed the “103 Realistic Track Plans” popup as I log in to the forums; however, my complaint is this: I have recently begun to consider a larger additional track plan for connecting my present small switching layout to). I came a across a 2008(?) edition of “102 Realistic Track Plans” that I had. So, is “103 Realistic Track Plans” the exact same thing, with just ONE MORE plan thrown in? It would be hard to believe (or would it?) that MR would do something as superficial as that- I hope that this new 103 plan book is fresh content- or is it??? Cedarwoodron
Hard to say since the new publication won’t be released until next month. But, ny guess is that the plans are new, not just a one track plan addition to the last publication.
Back in 2009, when 102 Realistic Track Plans came out, it was a whole new set of track plans from the 101 Realistic Track Plans publication.
Here was a review of 102 Realistic Track Plans back in 2009:

Even if the 103 involve no duplicates from the 102 book, if they are reprints from articles in MR, GMR and MRP, then I (and I suspect many others) already have them.

So…putting the words “All New!” to convey that it is a fresh set of plans would be a no-brainer, right? Cedarwoodron
All New, probably meaning not including any from the previous two editions of Realistic Track Plans.
