Another Popup.....

Okay, I know we have beat this absolutely to death and heaven knows I don’t want to beat a dead horse, BUT, when I signed in yesterday there was another popup about Track Plans. I was more than irritated so enough said.

I must not be able to see it because of the large green banner permanently affixed to the bottom of my computer screen. [8o|]

I just singed in at 20:42 and no pop up.

I use Firefox with add block plus and flash blocker. No idea if that makes any difference.

There use to be a little banner near the bottom and I just click on the X. But it is gone now. No big deal.

On my screen I just click the x in the right end of the banner of poof, it’s gone. I’m running Firefox v24.

Learn to use a pop up blocker, please.

Geared Steam:

Can you tell us what blocker you are using? My Norton Internet Security Ad Blocker is at its highest setting and I don’t get any popups other than the ones on this forum.

I used to use Norton,but switched to ,AVAST,found it to be much better.

Also use Adblock-Plus,for Chrome,no pop-ups.

That is the correct URL,but it won’t work…Just type it in Google search and it will come up,just the way it is above.

I saw no new popup. And I normally use IE with no extras.

Just the green bar at the bottom, which hides with the X. With lower bandwidth connections, like when using a hotel’s wifi, that green bar significantly slows page loading.
