The author of said article hasn’t got a clue on what goes into designating a “Quiet Zone” - glossing over what hoops the city needs to go through with the FRA in order to get the quiet zone approved - and completely ignoring the issue of liability.
Agreed…the yellow press author also fails to mention that the “quiet zone” can be revoked in the required review process. Waiting for one of these to be revoked after an incident and the cries of indignation that will be sure to follow.
