Another Short Line falls victim to predatory land abuse.

There for a bit I though I was beginning to smell

the onset of another “duel of the Barons”!

Hey, TJ, Will you look at that Triggy trying to stir the excrement? I guess the next time we do something we’ll have to put him and Flatbottom in front of the rotating turret so he can try to catch it!

Hey Guys, TRUCE: I surrender, right now I don’t have the time needed to go to war! Work 1) we are in the middle of expanding the store into a Super Center (the first in San Diego County); 2) yearly inventory; 3) training two brand new department managers; 4) plus the constant trips to the hospital (Torrey Pines). (Yes here a short time back we sat on the edge of the wife’s bed and watched the Master Tourney go by.) Now if it’s a war you want I think I can add you to the schedule about mid August.

That being the case Triggy, I’m sure you are aware that my compatriot’s Dixie D does contract milking of railroads. You could hire TJ to run yours into the ground while you are so busy at work! Of course you would have to start from scratch once we stole (er, liberated, eliminated redundancies, liquidated!)anything of value from your holdings!

I respectfully decline that offer. I do believe he would demand a million-dollar bonus for driving the company into the dirt, and you would also demand consultation fees at an exorbitant rate.

Just trying to help you out there old buddy, old pard! (We had a Capt. of the boat when I was apprentice who would say that; and you knew you were going to get it without the benefit of vaseline!)

No bantering this time! The DDSL can now afford to not participate in petty squabbles between competing railroads as our sub standard govt appointed managers are inept enough to ensure a continued influx of government bail out money for many years to come. AMTRAK has agreed to lend us efficiency counceling and guidance on how to loose money when you have more income than expenses.

Good luck to you loosers. The DDSL is riding the cash cow. Moooo
