This needs to be painted as the Rexall Train of 1938!
Sure beats the ‘uninspired bathtub shape’ of the original… and the train contained many examples of fine model-railroad-worthy construction so you could have some fun with T-scale modeling… see some of the original train details and story here:

That is cool but the Rexall boiler reminds me of an NYC Mercury!
There are some detail differences between the Mercury shroud and Kantola’s Commodore Vanderbilt version … which, as you know, was subsequently streamlined to look very much like your boiler … but certainly there’s a working ‘family’ resemblance.
Now might be the time to mention the lighted drivers on the Mercury engines…
