ok, i have purchased a $40 true-track starter set which i like alot, but didnt know how to set up a railroad so here is the pic of my track

Double check the links you posted-neither one is giving us anything to go on- 1st one is all computer protocol and second one needs login/password.

Okay, but for an idea for the concept, what do you have for the rolling stock?
All the track plan can do by itself is an oval with one siding. You could try making a yard (if you buy more turnouts) and make it a city, or a country side double track point to point with a crossover. How much space do you have?
