I am in search for a (Quality) painter to do some work on my engines. All my engines are undecorated. I am open to referrals and suggestions. I would appreciate any help you can give me. John
Nice picture in your avatar there John !
Where’d you find that ? [:-^]
Mark.
what did you have in mind?
the SD90 Mac in the back and the Dash 8-40CW are custom paintings I’ve done.
Not everybody, far from it, I suspect.
Rich
some, [B)] my bad sorry guys.
In low light and without glasses, I’m a FANTASTIC painter! [:P]
What paint scheme did you have in mind?
Weird. I made this post a long time ago…not sure why it just showed up. I found a gentleman that is taking care of me on all my painting now and in the future and I am thankful…Now I have to figure out why this post just showed up???[:^)] Sorry for the trouble guys…

I do, but I am booked solid for the next 3 months doing custom cabooses several engines and weathering a small fleet of rolling stock. If your not in a rush we can talk outside this forum, as they don’t like people advertising on the forum (which makes sense). You can email me directly: dweatherby@crtraincrew.com
I’m working on a website to showcase my work, right now all I have is a collection of photos that I will gladly share if you want on here or via email.
Let me know if your interested.
My LHS, Maine Trains in Chelmsford, MA, does custom paint work.
Those I’ve seen have been very well done. Not sure about prices or backlog, but he answers the phone and returns e-mails.

Don’t know what to tell you. I see only two posts (the one quoted above and the original post for this thread) for websterdamas.

Since you just joined the forum yesterday, your first post was moderated before being posted.
Congratulations on finding someone to meet all of your ongoing painting needs…and, in such a short period of time.
Rich
Mr Beasley … slightly off topic, but does Maine Trains have a decent N-Scale selection? I’m about 45 min south of town and Ken’s Trains was the only decent place to find N-Scale and he’s shutting down.
Thanks for your help.
