I’ve used it before. Works really well for HO and N scale things. I’m not too sure if it has the libraries for larger scales though.

Not that difficult to use - much more accomodating than RTS 7.0 from Atlas.

But be warned - you’ll probably need a day’s practice to become proficient in it, but the ‘Help’ is quite good. I’ve just finished designing my layout, and the I’m quite pleased with the results.
